Whether it’s a family session at the beach or a newborn or lifestyle session at home, my goal is to make your time with me memorable, calm, and fun! I am known for my patience with children and the ability to get them to open up and be their true selves in front of my camera. There will be some posed and directed moments, but I believe it’s just as important to document the real, genuine moments. Let the wind mess up your hair. Watch the kids from afar as they’re having fun exploring. Take a snack break. Laugh together and have fun. Those are the photographs you’ll want to look back on when your children are all grown up!

FAQs

Where can we have our family session?
We can meet at your favorite beach or park, or even your back yard / in your home for more privacy. If you’re visiting the area, I can recommend a few locations. For newborn sessions, I come to your home or we can rent a studio space.
What do you consider an “extended family”?
Extended Family sessions are for two or more families. They are perfect for when the whole family gets together! I’ll photograph you as a group, then each individual family, and other combinations with cousins/grandparents/siblings, etc. Take a peek at this gallery to get an idea!
What if it rains?
I love sun, clouds, and fog. If it happens to be a rainy or extremely windy day, we can reschedule. If you are visiting for a short period of time, I will do my absolute best to find another time that works.
How many photos will we receive and when?
It depends on the length of your session, but you can expect a minimum of 50 edited images, usually more. It is so important to me to take the time to make sure your photos are so beautiful and ready for you. I like to say around 2 weeks for sessions.
Can we print our photos?
Yes! There’s a print store attached to your gallery to make it easy.
Do you travel? Are there travel fees?
I will travel! If your family session is under one hour from my home, fees are included. If your session is on an island (Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard) or a roadtrip over an hour, travel fees are additional.
Do you offer mini sessions?
I do not offer mini sessions on a regular basis.
What should we wear?
I always recommend wearing whatever you feel most beautiful in! Color coordinate, but don’t be too matchy!
How do we book you?
Inquire through my contact form on my website, we’ll pick a date and location, then I’ll send a contract to make it official!
